On 23 January 2017, the European Commission organised a high-level conference for stakeholders on the European Pillar of Social Rights concluding the consultation process. ESIP was well represented as our Pension Committee coordinator Dr Sculz-Weidner was amongst the speakers in the panel of the workshop on the future of social protection to present concrete experiences of statutory pension insurers with platform workers.
